FIT with Angee

I am E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, certified yoga, Aerial Yoga, Gravity Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and group exercise instructor. I love living a healthy life and all things fitness, but my favorite is Yoga. Yoga has built strength, created flexibility in my body & it has also challenged me & taught me to play, relax, live mindfully & be patient with myself. The benefits of a regular yoga practice involve every aspect of life as it spills off of the yoga mat, into your everyday life, bringing a more balanced and calm mind as well as a stronger, healthier body. I try to post videos every week. I teach several styles of yoga including Christ-centered yoga, Power yoga, Slow Yoga, Vinyasa, and targeted mobility yoga. I offer lots of modifications so my flows can be used by a wide variety of abilities.
