Zoomers requested stretching upper back, neck, core and we did all that plus played with Side Crow/Fallen Angel. There are Warrior one Eagle Arms moving to Eagle arms Warrior 3. We take a few seated stretches and quite a few planks. We finish with Bridge or Wheel, we stretch the hips with Supine Cradle the Baby, Supine Cow face and we finish with neck stretches. We hit it all in this flow!
