Eggless Strawberry Chiffon Cake | With Vanilla & Strawberry Whipped Cream

In this video, I show how to make a soft, light, and fluffy eggless strawberry chiffon cake using simple ingredients.
The cake is layered with smooth vanilla cream, fresh strawberries, and strawberry whipped cream, then finished with a clean and elegant decoration.


Cake Ingredients

• All-purpose flour – 1½ cups
• Baking powder – ½ tsp
• Baking soda – ½ tsp
• Curd – ½ cup
• Powdered sugar – 1 cup
• Vegetable oil – ½ cup
• Vanilla extract – 1 tsp


Vanilla Whipped Cream

• Heavy cream – 1 cup
• Powdered sugar – ¼ cup
• Vanilla extract – ½ tsp

Whip until light and fluffy.


Strawberry Whipped Cream

• Heavy cream – 1 cup
• Powdered sugar – ¼ cup
• Vanilla extract – ½ tsp
• Strawberry syrup – 2 tbsp
• Red food color – 3 drops

Whip until soft peaks form.


Method (Brief)

Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another.
Combine gently, add vanilla extract at the end, and bake until soft and fluffy.
Once cooled, cut the cake into two layers.
Brush with sugar syrup, spread vanilla cream, and add fresh strawberries.
Place the second layer on top, finish the icing, decorate, and serve with fresh strawberries and a light dusting of powdered sugar.
