Front Raises 25 reps ➡️ Side Raises 25 reps ➡️ Landmines 25 reps ➡️ Curls 25 reps ➡️ Bent-Over Rows 25 reps ➡️ Kickbacks 25 reps ➡️ REPEAT
Here is the full 60-minute cardio routine:
1. Upper Body Cardio (above) for 8-10 minutes.
2. Lower Body Cardio: Wall-Sits for 2 minutes followed by 1-minute rest; REPEAT 2 more times for 8-9 minutes.
