This is a compact, 3D-printed Ring Roller, designed for bending small wire into smooth curves.
In this demo, I'm using 2mm wire, but the tool can handle up to 4mm comfortably.
Note: the drive spindle doesn't generate enough friction to pull the wire by itself, so I simply feed it manually, which offers good control either way.
The wire was pre-straightened using my Wire Straightener (you can see it here: • Wire straightener V2 ).
