Nel sedicesimo episodio abbiamo incontrato un’icona della ristorazione nazionale e internazionale: Christophe Michalak, uno chef che incarna oggi a Parigi una pasticceria dal forte impatto estetico, dal sapore ludico, emotivo e diretto. Un viaggio nel mondo della pasticceria frutto di 30 anni di creatività attraverso Francia, New York e Giappone. Come lui stesso ci ricorda “Assaggiate i miei dolci e saprete chi sono!”
