Sangam Panta is not just a musician — he is a seeker of silence. Trained in classical music from Kathmandu University, his journey began with sound, rhythm, and art. But as life unfolded, the real music began to emerge from within — the music of stillness. Today, he is based in Estonia, immersed in deep meditation and inner exploration.
For the past 10+ years, Sangam has devoted his life to the path of dhyan (meditation). Through constant practice, he has gone beyond intellectual understanding — into direct spiritual experience. In recent years, he has entered the rare state of Samadhi, a deep absorption where the sense of "I" dissolves completely. This conversation brings out the insights of that rare journey.
Sangam is now actively guiding and sharing through Maya Meditation, a conscious platform for seekers.
