Run 2 in the bag and we are heading in the right direction. 37 Mph (60km/h)
Going to adjust a few things for the next run but I think I am running out of power, so I have some bigger tyres and a bigger pinion to try. New motor is on the way from the UK but not sure if it will arrive in time.
