Hello aspiring bakers! Here it is !, a very easy yet so simple , but truly so chocolatey, moist, and so tender. It is so chocolatey and so yummy of course
ingredients should be of highest quality and trusted as my basic rule. This chocolate cake can be made everyday , anytime because you just need cocoa powder, no melted chocolate and butter. Also, its so luxurious because of the simple Chocolate Butter Frosting that has the right amount of sweetness, its so smooth and delectable.

Ingredients:
265 g all purpose flour (pre-sifted)
55 g cocoa powder , unsweetened (pre-sifted)
1.5 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp baking soda
440 g white granulatedsugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs (~55-65g / 2 oz each)
250 ml milk
125 ml vegetable oil (or canola)
2 tsp vanilla extract
250 ml boiling water
*Bake at 180 C for 35 minutes or until skewer comes out clean
*Use 9" x 13" or use two 9'" round pan
*Best eaten at room temp.
*You can freeze up to 3 months or store in the fridge up to 5 days
CHOCOLATE BUTTER FROSTING
200g unsalted butter softened
300 g soft icing sugar / powdered sugar (pre-sifted)
35 g cocoa powder (unsweetened and pre-sifted)
65 ml milk /cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
