Spinach and Cream Cheese Puff Pastry 5 Stars

The ingredients are:

(1) Tbsp of Sour Cream
(2) Boxes Green Giant Boxes of Chopped Spinach I used frozen
(1) Egg with water for Egg wash
(1) Pkg of Philadelphia Cream cheese I used 8 oz If you like less cream in your use only (4) oz
(1) Puff Pastry Sheet
1/4 tsp of onion powder Twice
1/4 tsp of Black Pepper Twice
1/4 tsp of Garlic salt Twice
all-purpose flour for dusting on the countertop so puff pastry doesn't stick

Take (1) sheet of puff pastry and put all-purpose flour down on both sides
Cut dough into (4) squares or take the (1) sheet lay the spinach mixture completely down and then roll into a Log type.
Take (1) egg and some water and brush on top to give the puff pastry its Golden color.

Take green giant spinach and ring out the spinach with a cloth or your hands get all the moisture out of the spinach

I used (1) pkg of Cream cheese and the spinach I combined with all the measurements above. add the (1) tbsp of sour cream and black pepper, Garlic salt, onion powder. Mix all ingredients up.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Faren height. and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. For example. I used Kroger's puff pastry. Their time is different from the other package. I cooked for 10 minutes in my stove.

I made a couple of different puff pastry designs. You can make your own designs if you want to.

This is a perfect appetizer or meal. its light and easy to eat.
