boiled eggs
15-20 cashew nuts
5 almonds
2 tbsp roasted sesame, optional
1 cup onion
1/2 cup shallots
5-8 garlic
1 inch ginger
1 cup of oil
1 tbsp cumin
2 green chilies
2 tbsp chili powder,
1 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup of coconut milk
white pepper and black pepper
curry leaves
water
salt
1st Ingredients to blend
15-20 cashew nuts
5 almonds
2 tbsp roasted sesame
3-5 tbsp water
2nd Ingredients to blend
1 cup onion
1/2 cup shallots
5-8 garlic
1 inch ginger
1/2-1 cup of water
Other ingredients
8-10 boiled eggs
1 cup of oil
1 tbsp cumin
2 green chilies
2 tbsp chili powder, 1 1/2 tbsp coriander powder, 2 tsp curry powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp garam masala
1/2 - 1 cup of water
1/2 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup of coconut milk
salt, 1/4 tsp white pepper 1/4 tsp black pepper
2 sprigs of curry leave
Method
Heat pan with oil. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp chili powder. Fry the boiled eggs and keep aside. Using the same oil, Add cumin followed by 2nd ingredients. Sauté for 2-3mins. Add green chilies, chili, coriander, turmeric, cumin and garam masala powder. Cook for 1-2mins. Add water and cook till oil separate. Add yogurt and mix well. Cook till oil separate again. Mix in between. Add 1st ingredients and coconut milk. Let it cook again and oil separate. Add boiled eggs, white pepper, black pepper, coriander leaves and salt.
