I had the chance to visit a lot of restaurants all around the world in 2024. Choosing the best is for sure not easy, but there were several places that touched me deeply in heart at the moment - it might be due to the dish, the atmosphere, or the connections with the chefs. These restaurants are not necessarily “Perfect”, but they did all leave a profound impression on me.
