這次我們來到蘇州相城區的喜鼎家宴，在「歡迎回家」的問候中，體驗了一場非同尋常的「家宴」！

創立二十多年的喜家德，是中國幾乎家喻戶曉的餃子品牌，不僅持續深耕餃子文化，還打造了品牌「喜鼎」和定位更高端的「喜鼎家宴」。鼎家宴提供「海參宴」和「鮑魚宴」兩種套餐選擇，這次我們選擇的是「鮑魚宴」。不設前菜，海膽水餃必須作為首道呈現——這樣才能在第一口就能嘗到極致的鮮甜。爽滑柔韌的餃子皮包裹著綿軟清甜、用量十足的海膽，像一枚「鮮味炸彈」在嘴裡爆開來，帶來誠意十足的一口海味，是令人驚艷而滿足的開場。

「鮑魚四吃」則是讓人見識到鮑魚這一食材的無限可能：蔥油兩頭鮑、蜂窩炸鮑魚、樟樹港辣椒炒鮑魚，以及必不可少的鮑魚餃子，在不同的烹調方式下呈現出豐富多樣的風味。最後端上的一大盤餃子組合，像北方的團年飯那樣大方擺盤。以餃子開場，又以餃子結尾，象徵著一種情感的圓滿傳承。

最讓人印象深刻的還是餐廳所營造的氛圍。沒有拘謹的儀式感，只有輕鬆自在的用餐體驗，就像回到家中，與親朋好友圍坐一桌，享受用心準備的飯菜。小小的餃子里，裝著的不僅是美味，更是團圓的意義。如果要用一個詞概括來到這裡的體驗，也許是「賓至如歸」。

With a history of over 20 years, Xi Jia De is a popular dumpling brand in China. It has also expanded with a more upscale concept, Xi Ding Home Banquet, where we were treated to an extraordinary dining experience in Suzhou this time.
At Xiding Home Banquet, guests can choose between two set menus: the Sea Cucumber Feast and the Abalone Feast, and we opted for the latter one. There are no appetizers—the first dish must be the Sea Urchin Dumpling, which ensures that the very first bite delivers an explosion of ultimate umami. The silky, elastic dumpling skin encases a generous portion of soft, sweet sea urchin, creating a “flavor bomb” that bursts in the mouth.
The “Abalone Four-Ways ” consists of Scallion-oil braised Dalian Abalone, Crispy Fried Abalone, Stir-Fried Abalone with Chili, and Abalone Dumplings. Each preparation method highlights a different aspect of abalone’s unique texture and taste.
The experience this time was like returning home to share a lovingly prepared meal with family and friends. Within each dumpling lies more than just exquisite flavor; it carries the essence of reunion. If we were to sum up this experience in one phrase, it would be “a home away from home”.
