We throughly enjoyed our stay in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China. Even for just a few days (not really enough!)
One of this city's biggest attractions are their emphasis of quality fresh, even live, foods. The same mentality pervades among the locals, as well.
Such is this part of China, where the sea is well managed sustainably, as well as, the fertile lands, nearby. This is how good land and seas, handed down by our ancestors, are preserved for ourselves and future generations to come.
As visitors to this beautiful land, we are welcomed to enjoy the benefits of the people's labour.
