Finally getting started with the fresh milled flour and learning as we go. Bought a bread maker for my wife that makes awesome sandwich type breads and also can be used to make dough for oven baked breads along with specialty type items. She has taken such good care of me the last couple weeks that I surprised her with it because it will make making bread easy. This video is what we have figured out so far about problems and making whole wheat bread.
