Tying it all together with some weld-in subframe connectors from Detroit Speed. 1st and 2nd gen Camaros are notoriously flexible so it wouldn’t do the brand new front and rear suspension setup any favors if I didn’t address the issue. Like a lot of things on the car, it’s a bit of a Frankenstein setup with Speed Tech on both ends and DSE in betwixt it all.
Welding in an otherwise bolt up front subframe just doesn’t sit right with me so I’ve modified the DSE kit to allow its removal while retaining most of the added rigidity.
