This 10 minute arms and abs EMOM workout uses dumbbells and a barbell (optional) to build strength without sit ups or wrist-heavy moves. Perfect if you’re training at home, postpartum friendly, or just want something effective without overthinking it.
We alternate arms and core every minute on the minute to keep intensity high while giving you built-in rest. Simple. Efficient. Done before the kids interrupt.
