Today we got a special no repeat all ab workout! We are hitting your lower abs, your sides (oblique and serratus) as well as top abs, to get a full core workout! Remember, doing these exercises will help you build your abs. You’ll want to make sure your nutrition is in check in order to see them!
Please always warm up properly with some light exercises (jogging in place, jumping jacks, butt kicks are great).
Here’s the format:
0:00 - Intro
0:27 - Abs Circuit Workout
HIIT Circuit 30 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. Total of 12 sets.

As always, we don’t need a ton of space with this one. Remember, the pace is your own, but try to stick through every 30 seconds to the end. Feel free to pause during the workouts to catch your breath.
I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles. If you want to challenge your muscles in another way, check out my other workout videos. There are videos focused on fat burning, abs, lower body, and more. Feel free to combine and mix them up however you like for an extended workout!
