Step by Step Recipe HOW TO MAKE Cincau Milk agar agar jelly cake.
Mix the following ingredients and cook until dissolved.
混合以下成分并煮至溶解。
Ingredients 材料:
➡️ Mixture A
Cincau Part (凉粉/仙草部分):
750ml water 清水
3 tsp agar agar powder 燕菜粉
1 + 1/2 tsp jelly powder 果冻粉
75g caster sugar 细砂糖
1 can Cincau 凉粉/仙草罐头
Note:
(1 rectangular container 长方形容器)
➡️ Mixture B
Evaporated Milk Part (淡奶部分):
390ml evaporated milk 淡奶
610ml water 清水
4 tsp agar agar powder 燕菜粉
2 tsp jelly powder 果冻粉
100g caster sugar 细砂糖
Note:
(1 rectangular container 长方形容器)
Instructions:
1. Cook Mixture A until dissolved.
2. Pour Mixture A into cake mould filled with crushed Cincau pieces.
3. Chill in freezer for 3 hours.
4. Unmould jelly from container.
5. Cut Cincau jelly into cube shapes.
6. Cook Mixture B until dissolved.
7. Pour Mixture B into container.
8. Chill in freezer for 3 hours.
9. Serve cold.
制作方法:
1. 将混合A煮至溶解。
2. 将混合A倒入装了压成碎片的凉粉/仙草的容器中。
3. 放入冰箱冷藏3小时。
4. 从容器中取出果冻。
5. 将仙草果冻切成立方体形状。
6. 将混合B煮至溶解。
7. 将混合B倒入装了立方体仙草果冻的容器中。
8. 放入冰箱冷藏3小时。
9. 趁冷食用。
