Nerve Gliding Exercises
1. Median Nerve Glide: Hold your arm straight out in front of you and slowly tilt your wrist upwards, then downwards.
2. Radial Nerve Glide: Hold your arm straight out to the side and slowly rotate your wrist in a circular motion.
3. Ulnar Nerve Glide: Hold your arm straight out to the side and slowly bend your elbow.
