I sat down with the race director Thor Hesselberg before next weekends swimrun.
13 of July 2024 i am doing rockman swimrun.
what is Rockman swimrun?
it is a trail and swimming competition that takes you over many landmarks around my hometown and you get to experience lots of Norwegian nature up close.
Stats for the trip.
Start at Pulpitrock basecamp - PREIKESTOLEN(pulpitrock) - FJORDCROSSING FLØRLI 4444(stairway to heaven) KJERAG BOLT.

7 runs and 45 km in total
3500m elevation gain
51 km total distance
Extreme trailrunning required
Chilly fjordswims expected
expected duration, way over 10 hours!
