This video looks briefly at the role of Town and Parish Councillors.
There are a number of requirements of the role and it contains the 4 things you must do to become a Town or Parish Councillor.
It also covers one thing that as a Councillor you can not do. This is what I see most as causing problems in Town or Parish Councils. When a Councillors goes and tells someone what to do be it a contractor or the Clerk to the Council.
