easy Bare Root Peony Planting - Flower Patch

Peony planting bare root in the garden. When you take bare root peonies out of their packaging you may be at a loss as to how you are supposed to plant them.

I show you how I am planting my new peonies directly in the garden but it is the same in pots so if you can't get them in the ground right away go ahead and pot them up. You can plant them out in the garden later.

Peonies grow like weeds here and are a fantastic early bloomer that brings not only beauty but a sweet scent to your cottage garden.
