New Vacuum For Electronics Cleaning: Unboxing and "testing"

I got this vacuum on a Black Friday deal. I've wanted a small portable vacuum to clean dust off of circuit boards and game consoles so I'm not blowing dust all over my bench. Always on the lookout for a deal I decided to get this for under 20 bucks. It's an unbranded vacuum that I have seen other brand names and sellers selling the same thing. So is this any good? See me unbox and do some very silly unscientific tests to see if it will do what I want it to do. I also give my first impressions.
