This is the 4th episode of my interview with Pat McGale Sensei.
In this interview we get a little deep in Pat Sensei's explanation of body movement. The discussion includes information about Katsuhuko Shinzato, 9th Dan, Matsubayashi - Ryu and head of Kishaba Juku. Shinzato Sensei is one of the most humble and soft spoken people you will meet. He is a true martial artist and a true Sensei in every sense. At 81 years old he still tries to learn how the body works and how best to use the body for kata and self defense. His theories are rather contradictory of many, however he is very sought after and it visited my many high ranking and well experience karate-ka from all styles and ryu's.
