Opportunity Central, also known as the OC, is an innovative approach to education. Students get a traditional education with math, English and science while also learning life skills through on-the-job training — at a mall run by the school! Students work jobs such as baristas and florists with the hope of developing career-ready skills by the time they graduate. NBC’s Kathy Park reports for TODAY.
