I have been making vegan crab cakes for some time now, but this by far is the best one I have ever made! It is quick and easy, the textures definitely mimic crab meat, and the flavors are on point!
**In this video I used Honey Dijon Mustard, but if you are a Vegan who does not consume honey, you can uses regular Dijon Mustard as well.**
**Also, not mentioned in the video, you can find a vegan worcestershire sauce online or at your local grocery store. A few great brands are Annie’s, Simple Truth, and Wizards organic vegan worcestershire sauce.*** 🤗
PROTIEN IN CHICKPEAS: 2.4 grams per tablespoon
PORTEIN IN HEART OF PALM: 3.7 grams per cup
