Mengey with Tomato Ezay and Tofu Green Jaju
Ingredients:
• Sha Gi Mengey: Red Rice (250 g), Butter (200 g), Zhimtse (2 tbsp), Salt (1 g), Onion (200 g), Chili Powder (1 tsp), Ginger (1 tsp), Garlic (1 tsp)
• Tomato Ezay: Tomato (200 g), Onion (100 g), Green Chili (50 g), Garlic (10 g), Salt (1 g), Oil (1 tbsp)
• Tofu Green Jaju: Tofu (200 g), Spinach (200 g), Onion (100 g), Ginger (1 tsp), Garlic (1 tsp), Salt (1g), Oil (1 tbsp)
