This video was taken on Christmas last year, so yes... we spent the day EXERCISING hahaha. It was super fun with my mother (who is such a yapper) , and what we didn't expect was seeing SOOOO many species of birds and other animals!
If you haven't been to the new Singapore bird park (aka Bird Paradise), you should totally check it out. It's a perfect weekend activity to do in Singapore (with shelters and some A/C connecting each sanctuary) so you can survive the heat. Compared to the old bird park, this one is a major upgrade, providing more open space for the birds to fly.
What we did:
We drove to Mandai Boardwalk & strolled along the reservoir, occasionally spotting some animals! (even saw giraffes). Then we decided to go to Bird Paradise after, taking a short break at A&W to fill our stomachs, haha. It was delicious after the long walk in the heat.
