Ingredients:
Crispy cornflakes
100g cornflakes (plain not frosted)
25g milk powder
60g melted unsalted butter
pinch of salt
Cereal milk
150g evaporated milk
250g condensed milk ( try my home-made condensed milk)

6tbsp whole milk
Sponge cake
3 large eggs(white separated)
90g granulated sugar
85g pre-sifted all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp whole milk
30g granulated sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
250g whipped cream
NOTE:
Bake the cereal at 140'C for 10 minutes and stir every 5 minutes
Bake the cake at 170 C for 20 minutes or until skewer comes out clean
Bake on 11" x 7" pan
Whip the cream and top the cake only if its going to be served
