Ingredients :
For buttermilk :
Milk - 1/2 cup ( room temp)
Vinegar - 1 tsp
For the cake :
Maida / all purpose flour - 1 1/4 cup
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Coco powder -1 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 50 g ( room temp)
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Powdered sugar - 3/4 cup
Egg - 1 ( room temp)
Oil - 1/4 cup + 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
Super red gel colour - 1/2 tsp
For frosting :
Whipping cream powder - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
Chilled milk - 1/2 cup
or you can use 3/4 cup of whipping cream
Cream cheese - 225 g
Powdered sugar - 8 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
