Ingredients :
Maida/all purpose flour - 1 cup
Coco powder - 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Egg - 4 ( medium size)
Oil - 100 ml
Vanilla extract -1 tsp
Powdered sugar - 1 cup
Milk - 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
For frosting:
Whipping cream powder - 1 1/2 cup
or Whipping cream - 500 ml
Chilled milk - 1 cup

Baking chocolate - 100 gm(dark)
Canned red cherries - 1/2 cup
Sugar syrup - 1/4 cup
Cherry syrup - 1/4 cup
Note:
Preheat the oven in 180°C
Bake for 35 mins
