Assessing Condition before Boston Marathon in Hamilton 30K Around The Base Race | 2:23:46. Foot injury came back questioning Boston Marathon perspectives. Aimed at sub 2 hr 15 min for the race finish if the foot holds, and the pain came back after 14th km and I had to drop the pace to just finish the course.
With 3 months of very little training, it was a joy to be out there and feel the race atmosphere.
