Scarborough Fair for 4 harps, 8 hands, 28 pedals, 32 fingers, and 188 strings! A traditional English folk song, this arrangement carries you along with a lilting motive and lively rhythms. Listen for various extended techniques, such as drumming on the harp’s soundboard and a whistling sound created by moving the palm of the hand quickly up the bass wire strings.

This is the recording of a live performance at Bob Jones University in May 2019. Performed by Erin Hansen Janke, Krista Hagglund, Emily Waggoner, and Aubrey Elliott.
