Jamaican Steamed Kale Recipe:

Ingredients:

5 cups of chopped kale
1/2 plum tomato cut up
1/4 red onion cut up
1/4 red & green bell peppers cut up
1 fresh thyme
2 cloves of garlic cut up
1/4 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
1/4 tsp all-purpose seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp olive oil or cooking oil
Add salt & pepper to taste

*Serving for 2-3 people*
