Join me for a 20 minute Express Pilates for Flexibility routine created to help you stretch overworked, tight muscles, improve your joint mobility and range of motion. As with all my workouts this routine will work your core wonderfully too. A perfect quick session to do whenever you feel the need to stretch and release tight or over worked muscles and improve your joint mobility. If you're looking to improve your flexibility significantly this is one to do 3 times a week, within 6 weeks you will really feel the benefits of this regular practice.
