2021 British Rowing Trials 5000m Time Trial on the Rowing Machine

Hello Youtbers. Today I had the opportunity to see how fast I could cover 5000 metres on the rowing machine. The 5000m time trial on the rowing machine is one of my least favourite workouts to do on the machine and today showed why! You are going hard enough for long enough that your heart rate approaches max, if not, the max heart rate which is never comfortable!

This time trial is to be submitted to British Rowing for the trials process that happens throughout the year. Usually it is done on the water and in person but not this year as we know things are very different from previous years!
