Today marks the first chapter of my GW2 cooking/baking journey! I’m fumbling my way through Feasts of Tyria — the official Guild Wars 2 cookbook — and serving up one of its most unhinged creations: Bloodstone Bearclaw Pastries 🥐✨
This is cozy fantasy cooking at its finest: a store bought puff pastry, questionable life choices, and a whole lot of Charr vibes. Oops, I meant charred vibes. Cause I burn some things.
Oh well!
Join me as I walk through the recipe as written, test it in a real human kitchen, and give my honest thoughts on whether this pastry is blessed… or should’ve stayed sealed away with the bloodstones.
