Hopes Seizures evolved, tonic clonic, drop outs, spasms, strongest ones yet 4 years old

Hopes seizures have evolved, she has these really strong ones very few days, normal drop outs and clusters of seizures everyday but these are horrible! So strong and scary to see but we try to normalise them so she's not scared and doesn't panic. Had 4 of these in last 2 weeks, nit sure if it's stimulation causing them, exhaustion from going school everyday or new news topamax topirmate mot helping? She's been on the new meds for 3 months now along with vigabatrin, clobazam and Levetiracetam. No matter how many meds she continues to seizure 5-10 times a day everyday! But she's so strong such a fighter and the happiest girl I know! 🥰🥰
