One of most requested videos on my channel! Today I’m sharing exactly what I ate when I started my weight loss journey on Wegovy versus what I eat now to maintain my 135 lb (60 kg) weight loss and build muscle (115 lbs / 50 kg’s using Wegovy)

Breakfast: 110 calories, 17g Protein (Skyr/Eggs)
Snack: 170 calories, 33g Protein
Lunch: 323 calories, 25g Protein (Rye bread w/ sliced meats)
Snack: 170 calories, 33g Protein
Dinner: 800 calories, 35g Protein (Mixed but often lean meat focus)
Late Snack: 200 calories, 20g Protein (Protein bar)
🍔 WHAT I ATE "BACK THEN" (The Beginning)
Breakfast: 0 calories (Black Coffee - Appetite suppressant)
Snack: 102 calories, 20g Protein
Lunch: 90 calories, 1g Protein (Often just noodles)
Snack: 170 calories, 33g Protein
Dinner: 800 calories, 35g Protein (Mixed but often lean meat focus)
Late snack: 125 calories, 2g Protein (Popcorn)
🏆IN TOTAL
Total now: 1,773 calories, 163g Protein
Total before: 1,287 calories, 91g protein
❗️IMPORTANT ❗️
The above is the base for what I eat/ate. On Fridays I could eat candy or on Saturdays I could be at a Party having cake. Therefore, this is only the baseline food for most days, allowing for those treats. If it was even more optimized, I would have shown a day where I eat chicken breat for lunch and lean meat for dinner - but I wanted to show a standard day (because some days are even higher in calories and lower in protein as well).
💡 MY TOP TIPS FOR SUCCESS
1. No Liquid Calories: I cut out sugary drinks, sugar, and cream. Black coffee and Diet Coke help satisfy cravings without the extra calories.
2. Protein First: I shifted from eating fries first to eating the meat first to ensure I hit my protein goals.
3. Prior Planning: Meal prepping prevents poor decision-making when you're hungry!
