.75 oz of Elderflower Liqueur (St. Germain)
1.5 oz of Rum (Plantation 5yr)
Crack Ice & Stir
Strain into glass

Ambrosia:
In Mixing Glass
1 bar spoons of Bénédictine D.O.M. Liqueur
.5 oz Honey Syrup
Shave a small amount of Tonka bean into glass
1 oz of Rum (Plantation 5yr)
1 oz of Rum (Appleton Estate 12 yr Rare Casks)
Crack Ice & Stir
Strain into glass

Titan's Blood:
Into shaker
1 oz Simple Syrup
1oz Ancho Reyes Chile Liquor
1 oz Mezcal (Del Maguey Vida)
1 oz Aromatic Bitters (Angostura)
Crack ice and shake
