Quaker Square was a unique shopping and dining complex in Akron, Ohio. It was built in a former Quaker Oats factory, which featured a hotel in grain silos and areas with railroad equipment and memorabilia. A few months ago, it was announced that a group of local business partners are buying the site and aim to re-open it. Today, I was given permission to walk through the site and explore what remains of the beloved attraction.
