My dream hike to the East & West branch of the Moose river. (Massive waterfall)

The Moose river waterfall is what inspired me to start hiking to waterfalls in the first place. It’s always been my goal waterfall hike. The east branch of the Moose River is home to mainland Nova Scotia’s tallest waterfall.

This trip covers waterfalls on both the west branch and east branch of the Moose river in Parrsboro Nova Scotia. There are actually multiple waterfalls worth seeing along both of these rivers that will warrant multiple return trips.

After following the Glooscap trial from Masstown past five islands and just outside Parrsboro, we crossed the moose river on a small bridge. Immediately after crossing the bridge I followed a gps coordinate to the our first stop.
