During my exploration into the world of NMR spectroscopy, I encountered a company utilizing NMR for authenticity services. Established in 2019 and based in Guelph, Ontario, Purity-IQ has a distinguished history of employing cutting-edge genomic and metabolomic technologies to ensure authenticity and quality assurance for its global clientele.

I had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Arun Krishnamurthy, the NMR specialist at Purity-IQ, to learn about the potency of NMR for this purpose. Additionally, Deleo de Leonardis, the company's CEO, shared her insights into the management aspects of running a startup. Furthermore, Amber Thelen, the director of product development, enlightened me on how Purity-IQ evaluates the authenticity of probiotics.
