Interview with Prof. Peter Hore. spin chemistry scientist; A Sip of Chemistry, episode #9

In this journey of meeting amazing people who have shaped the field of
glass science and magnetic resonance, both of which are my interests, I
had the opportunity to speak with Prof. Peter Hore from University of Oxford.
He started his career with studying magnetic resonance and the effects
of electron and nuclear spins on chemical reactivity, which is known as
Spin Chemistry. However In the past few years, more specifically since
2005, exploring bird migration through magnetoreception concept has
been his main focus.

He was elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society and has received
numerous awards for his valuable contributions to science, including the
publication of hundreds of articles and several books.

Hi, I'm Mojtaba Abbasi, a Ph.D. candidate in Chemistry (at the time of writing this description!). I've been working on glasses for several years. Recently NMR has become the primary characteristic technique for exploring the glass structure. I'll post content mainly related to these two topics on this channel. I am excited about this channel and look forward to sharing exciting content here.
