Behind-the-scenes dart manufacturing at Shot, every barrel begins life in our New Zealand factory not as a dart, but as a challenge. Here’s the first run of the new Celt Merlin, a dart set that not only looks amazing but performs flawlessly. Merlin’s tail blends a rolling shark grip with a subtle taper forming a clean scallop. Machined into the barrel’s core, a staff is flanked by end milling that patterns the tungsten like shattered stone. The barrel front shimmers in blue and green, with diamond milling cuts for a sure grip that won’t trap your fingers. Dart manufacturing step-by step from here it’s off to one of our in-house colouring plants and then back to the machines for more detailing. #darts #shotdarts
