A sweeping shark grip was applied during the first op, and after that, each barrel is coated in black titanium right here at our factory in New Zealand. Now showing the second CNC op, this is where the axial milling takes place, machining the precision cuts that define the barrels signature Throttlefang Grip.
Rustin’s main grip profile is built through three layers of tricky machining that fuse a sweeping shark grip with precise 45° axial mill cuts.
The payoff? Fierce push points and a clean, fast release — built for pure control.
