In this video, I discuss the worst breakfast ideas for diabetics and all of us alike. Breakfast choices that will spike blood sugar levels are are things like cereals, breakfast bars, juices, flavored yogurts, etc.
The breakfast options that are better for blood sugar levels and for diabetics will include; plain greek yogurt, steel cut oatmeals or oats, chia seed pudding and cottage cheese. These foods are higher in protein and fiber content therefore, keeping blood sugar levels more in target range.
