🧘🏽‍♀️Today's session I use sound healing to restore the body in this Restorative Sound ASMR Reiki treatment. I guide you through this ASMR Reiki healing to help you heal yourself into a peaceful sleep. I like to use lots of hand movements, a little plucking, soft brushing/rubbing, and other triggers to immerse you into the experience. For this specific session I incorporate the Mag Healy and use the atmospheric program to balance your chakras. I also add healing tones and binaural audio helping to clear out any blockages or stuck energy. Feel at ease as you relax in a safe place and rest into a peaceful state of mind. ✨

This session focuses on setting the mood to feel good about your face and love it and take care of it.
I incorporate brushing sounds, gentle hand movements, and soft vocal tones to activate your body's relaxation response.
