Basically 👉 Rolfing works with your body as a whole whereas Myofsacial Release focuses on problem areas, or areas where there's a lot of pain or tension.
As humans, we instinctively want work on the parts of our body that are painful. HOWEVER, usually pain is felt when the body can no longer adapt to a bigger problem that is somewhere that isn't painful!! By working on the body as a whole, we are often addressing unseen issues that can result in less pain and tension in other areas of the body. AND THAT, in turn, can result in longer lasting outcomes for you!
